    This Integrated Project aims to show the company Ypê and how it carries out the Human Resources Performance process. When the company was analyzed and taking into account its experience with more than 6 thousand employees and more than 70 years in the company, it was possible to observe that the priority is to apply the values in action that were used to build the brand, being: quality, responsibility, attitude and sense of ownership, simplicity, humility, commitment and discipline, work and honesty. Throughout this project, it will be portrayed how the company applies and identifies the need for employee development training, methods used, diagnostic process, techniques and models. Our intention is objective: to carry out an analysis of the performance in human resources of the same, approaching its diagnostic process and how it is developed.

    This Integrated Project aims to show the company Cacau Show and how it performs its process and its Logistics Strategy. When the company was analyzed and taking into account its experience with more than 1800 (one thousand eight hundred) stores and 35 years in the company, it could be observed that it has technology as a priority to automate its logistics and transport management. Throughout this project, it will be portrayed how the company applies and identifies the distribution of products among franchisees that have and are closer to the delivery addresses, methods used, also including, above all, the online store and its partnership with IFood. The aim is the aim: to carry out an analysis of the performance of Logistics Strategy, addressing its process and how it is developed.

How, brand management and its positioning vis-à-vis the market and consumers, if the brand maintains loyalty and how with its customers, what is the behavior of consumers towards the brand and if the company meets their needs and expectations, if the company carries out surveys with consumers for the knowledge and understanding of its customers.

    This Integrated Project aims to showcase the company Grupo NotreDame Intermedica and how she deals with her internal and external problems. When analyzing the company in general, we could observe that it has as main objective, to be emphasis on making quality health care accessible to all, conveying confidence and seriousness towards its customers. We will present a report on the company, taking advantage of the lessons learned from each study unit, in order to analyze mainly the economic part of the organization through the Income Statement for the Year and Balance Sheet. In addition, we will have calculations of liquidity, profitability and indebtedness for an expanded view of your revenues. After researching the results of the Balance Sheet and Statement of Income for the Year, in the previous years that the company obtained, we were able to prepare a projection of the next three years, in which it can be observed if the organization will or will not have a good income.
