Carl Von Clausewitz quoted the following sentence: “Strategy is an economy of forces.” The strength of a strategy can change the world, or the social science that studies the processes of production, distribution, accumulation and consumption of goods and services in society. Regardless, on the one hand we will look at factors about management fundamentals and on the other hand we will look at economic fundamentals. It is possible to affirm that both studies build our world. In administration fundamentals we will analyze the organizational environment in connection with the external market, if the company chosen for the integrated project is influenced by the external environment and how it deals with it. Although we have chosen a large company, while reading this project we will realize that, if there is not good management, strategies, or communication between its employees, the company can suffer certain consequences in its business.

The business budget is an essential financial management tool for companies of all sizes and sectors. It consists of a financial plan that establishes goals and objectives for the company's revenues, expenses and investments during a certain period of time, usually one year. The enterprise budget allows managers to make strategic decisions based on accurate and monitored information, such as sales forecasts, costs and operating expenses. In addition, it also helps to identify problems and opportunities for growth, allowing the company to quickly adapt to changes in the market. This academic work aims to explore in detail the fundamentals of the corporate budget, its importance in the financial management of companies and the different approaches and methodologies used in its elaboration.

This sentence defines the objective of this work, for the simple fact that companies have seen that if they don't take action on the environment together with their organization, the that surrounded them would end, and they would cease to exist. The objective of this work is to show a company with the implementation of an environmental management system, and also to analyze the social impacts over all these years with its use. It is critical that we define history as the answer to everything we have today.
