    Over the years, the world has undergone a technological transformation in all the areas. In Brazil, technological advances have reached the public sector bringing innovation, agility and precision in the information provided to all interested. The advances promoted by technology represent a crucial tool for the functioning of the services offered to the population. At the same time that it is responsible for promoting the supply, it also generates structural changes in the public management bodies.
