    This project aims to present the result of an analysis on the benefits of using the Lei do Bem, established by Law No. 11,196/2005, which is extremely important in the Brazilian scenario to promote innovation and technological development in companies, especially in the area of ​​research. Therefore, this study has the direct objective of demonstrating the advantages and tax incentives for the company Pack Bag that does not yet use the Lei do Bem.
