The study explores how the Law's tax incentives can be used to promote technological innovation, improve operational efficiency and reduce environmental impacts.

    The company Ric Mania was founded in March 2016 by Ricardo Perpetuo Prazeres, in the city of São João da Boa Vista – SP, with CNPJ 26.147.669/0001-02. Initially, the company sold Gourmet Burgers, but in the same year it was founded, in September, the entrepreneur had the opportunity to start selling his products at the UNIFEOB College. The company underwent a major restructuring, since at the college it was possible to choose between two options to work, Mexican or Japanese food, areas completely different from the entrepreneur's initial proposal. Therefore, Ricardo took a Sushiman course and opted for the oriental food industry, specifically Japanese. His partner, André, played a fundamental role, where he trained and taught Ricardo how to work with this type of cuisine. The products offered by the company are: Hot Roll, Temaki, Sushi Burger, Japanese food combinations, among others. These products are produced daily by the company and the intention is to serve its customers in the best possible way.

The company operates in the food segment with the objective of providing Cocoa ingredients in a sustainable way, respecting everything from the rural producer to the end customer. The company currently has a Real Profit tax regime and the Lei do Bem is among its objectives. They want to implement this in their structure so that, in addition to their production, the organization has an incentive to invest in Research, Development and Innovation.
