    Preliminarily, we must emphasize that Eduardo is a boy born and raised in the countryside of Tocantins under humble conditions and that, through study, he saw his life take a big turn, eventually becoming the Minister of Foreign Affairs in the current government of our country through the current president Affonso Medeiros who nominated him for that position.
