    The purpose of this consulting project is to provide the Obra Assistencial Monsenhor Alderigi, the possibility of improvements in the People Management area. In this project will be presented the contents seen in the classroom, such as Performance Assessment, Talent Selection and Retention, Leadership and Personnel Department. With the information extracted from the institution, the way in which it behaves towards employees, which points need to be improved, what company offers, if there is an efficient selection and retention of talents, and how it motivates and evaluates its employees, if the activities developed are in accordance with the CBO, and whether taxes and charges are being collected in the correct amounts, mapping the positions of each employee and validating their functions.

    The present project had its idealization after analysis and meetings with the entrepreneur Thales, representative of the company BLT Horse Racing, was noticed that the company despite being well structured, little known today, the Investments on Bets (Horse Racing). Such current market condition causes little or low visibility to people who do not have knowledge of the branch in relation to other types of investments.
