When the company was analyzed and taking into account its experience with more than 6 thousand employees and more than 70 years in the company, it was possible to observe that the priority is to apply the values in action that were used to build the brand, being: quality, responsibility, attitude and sense of ownership, simplicity, humility, commitment and discipline, work and honesty. Throughout this project, it will be portrayed how the company applies and identifies the need for employee development training, methods used, diagnostic process, techniques and models. When the company was analyzed and taking into account its experience with more than 1800 (one thousand eight hundred) stores and 35 years in the company, it could be observed that it has technology as a priority to automate its logistics and transport management. Throughout this project, it will be portrayed how the company applies and identifies the distribution of products among franchisees that have and are closer to the delivery addresses, methods used, also including, above all, the online store and its partnership with IFood. Therefore, points such as: Positions, wages and career plan, that is, explain the issue within the organization, as well will be studied job descriptions that aim to describe to the employee of objective way which activities to be carried out. Each point corresponds to its performance concerning the company Nestlé. Our main focus of this project is ”. With this in mind, it is possible to understand briefly about what it is about. The main purpose of a job and salary plan is related to offering a clear view of the positions and activities performed by each professional, in addition to present the company's determinations for career development, including the progress of skills and abilities.
