Cognitive stimulation, in turn, seeks to preserve and improve the general performance of cognitive and social functioning. This booklet consists of challenging exercises that end up stimulating reasoning, attention, concentration, among other cognitive functions that will be stimulated, which will lead to an improvement in learning. This booklet can be printed to carry out the activities.

The objectives pursued with this work were to analyze how important it is to understand the needs of those involved (children and adolescents) due to exposure to traumas in childhood and adolescence, such as physical, sexual, emotional abuse and neglect, and to intervene with them in order to to provide them with a better quality of life.
