    The interdisciplinary project aims to analyze the human resources scenario of a company. For the development of this project, we chose the beverage company Cardoso & Maria Comercio de Bebidas LTDA, and by analyzing its entire staff and actions aimed at the human resources department, proposing improvements and restructuring actions.

    The company chosen to carry out this project is SEBRAE, in this work the development of the disciplines learned this semester will be presented, where we see the subject Leadership and coaching that training was learned, how to relate to people, among other issues, this base was used in this project so that we can carry it out.
