    The objective and reason of this work was to locate a company where information about training and development. Aiming at all concepts learned and practiced in each unit of study, we move on to further research with the company Primer Inox, where there was a good conversation that brought fruit to add to our work and also provided the opportunity for a tacit contact in human resources functions.
