Item Avaliação e Gestão(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-09-30) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; FERREIRA,Ingridy Karoline NogueiraIt is a fact that education in the country is far from being considered excellent and that to reach a level where the entire country is moving in the same direction, a long way needs to be covered, especially when compared to other countries. But another worrying issue is the fact that some parents and students, when asked about what they think about education in the country, their responses are positive, even giving a satisfactory rating on the teaching.Item Ciência e Sustentabilidade(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2024-11-30) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; JACOMINI, Mariângela LeocárdioIt is common knowledge that the internet is here to stay and with it the emergence of new professions. But what is worth remembering and discussing here is the false illusion that young people today are having that it is not necessary to attend higher education to achieve a profession. Many young people today look up to influencers and YouTubers who present an easy life full of perks. Young people today are getting lost in the midst of an absurd amount of information that is given to them daily in an unmonitored way, and they end up not realizing the value that the process has in achieving goals.Item Educação, Sociedade e Tecnologia(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-06-30) SILVA, Ana Maria Neto Gouveia da; REIS, Bianca Coloni dos; SANTANA, Jessica Rodrigues; RODRIGUES, Isabelly Caroline Bragas; MAFRA, Carla Cissa; MEDICI, Fátima A.; JACOMINI, Mariângela L.In the module “Education, Society and Technology” we will study the case of Ana Carla, a teacher entering early childhood education at a municipal school in a city in the interior of Brazil, Miracatu do Norte, whose main income is sugarcane. Soon after passing a public contest, Ana Carla started teaching at the only school for early childhood education in the city. In her classes, she has found it difficult to develop her activities since the amount transferred to the community is low, leaving her with few resources to invest in diversified teaching materials for her classes.Item Gestão e Espaços Escolares(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2023-11-30) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; MEDICI,Fatima AparecidaAnalyzing this situation that was presented, it is worth highlighting that with the support and dedication of all parties involved, over time this may not happen again, and assuming that the teacher must be the mediator and the student the protagonist. And based on the fact that the teacher, throughout the school days, not only knows the academic abilities of his students, but also observes each one's behavior in society, the way he deals with his colleagues and the way he reacts to various situations. Therefore, the teacher can distinguish when certain games stop being healthy and become aggressive, called bullying. When such games become repetitive and the target student begins to move away and change their way of being, it is essential that the school takes an initiative. Based on the fact mentioned above, it can be concluded that when reaching that point where the student feels obliged to interrupt the class so that he can ask for help, the teacher, together with the teaching staff, should already be aware that such jokes are taking place. happening and with this, through a meeting with representatives from all sides, parents, both sides and teaching staff, reach a decision that puts an end to this situation and that sets an example so that no more episodes occur.Item História e Geografia(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2024-09-30) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; JACOMINI, Mariângela Leocárdio; SALA, Patrícia VasconcellosTeacher Ana Paula Silva is planning an interdisciplinary project that combines Geography and History content for her 3rd grade students. The goal is to help students better understand the concepts of geographic space, culture, and society, using approaches that make learning more meaningful and engaging. José de Alencar Municipal School is located in an urban neighborhood with a rich local history. Most of the students are local residents, and their families have diverse cultural backgrounds, which contributes to a multicultural environment. Teacher Ana Paula wants to take advantage of this diversity to enrich her students’ learning.Item Inclusão e Libras(Centro Universitário da Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2024-04-30) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; SALA, Patrícia VasconcellosLooking at it from a broader perspective, we can understand that even though it is implicit in the constitution that every citizen has the right to education, the same does not happen in practice. Since Brazil is such a large country and therefore full of inequalities of various genders, inclusion ends up not being placed as a priority, which becomes yet another factor that increases inequality. The inclusion of a child with some singularity, be it physical, mental or even resulting from a chronic illness, is an important and indispensable part of their education process. Since the entire course of this child's life will be based on what was learned in the first years of life. Educators, as well as family members, have the mission of making the child's life as easy as possible, even in the face of their difficulties. Therefore, one way to equalize this current situation would be to provide ongoing education for professionals through courses with an approach focused on inclusion, and after that, these professionals can promote events where they can teach students without disabilities how such disabilities work and how to live with them in everyday life, thus making the school a more harmonious and consequently more inclusive environment.Item MATEMÁTICA E LETRAMENTO(FUNDAÇÃO DE ENSINO OCTAVIO DA SILVA BASTOS, 2023-02-01) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; TEIXEIRA, Fabiana Cássia da Silva; LIMA, Mariane Lovo freire de; FERNANDES, Patrícia Pereira; BRUNHOROTO, Sabrina FonsecaBy approaching this theme, we will demonstrate the importance of literacy in the lives of children through reports and research. Where literacy and the process of literacy, reflecting on its concepts, differentiating them so that it is clear what each means, by working together. Thus, it can be seen that over the literacy process, each stage serves as a basis for the student's understanding and that the teacher changes positively impact student progress and interaction in school. We will also reflect on the importance of the Pedagogue in discovering methods of active literacy skills, in a way that is effective and appropriate, leading them to a path of learning where assimilation goes beyond the simple learning process, writing, reading and acquiring the ability to put into practice what you learn in your day to day day, reflecting, interpreting, understanding and analyzing every moment of your routine. We received a proposal to work as a pedagogical coordinator at Colégio Mother Teresa, traditional school run by a religious community. the new government proposed to implement new methods and the previous coordinator refused to assume the position and the challenge of incorporating all these new changes in the school. Finally, there will be suggestions on the contribution of literacy and the literacy process to the teaching-learning of early childhood education and, in a playful way, familiarize and prepare the children to elementary school, ensuring the good development of students. Mathematical literacy takes students beyond calculation. it is necessary to think also in the skills of quantity, ordering, problem solving, as well as the classification, numbering, writing, visual and symbolic representation. Therefore, it is important that the teacher brings to the practice of mathematics in the classroom: toys, games, counting, texts, conversation wheel. That is, it is necessary that the teacher enable situations for the student to ask, instigate to seek and understand, bring challenges that allow the student to experience mathematics through day-to-day experiences in a pleasant and efficient. (NACARATO, 2018). Teaching mathematics is not just teaching students. numbers and their spelling. Therefore, the student must think and reflect, explore, investigate a certain content proposed by the teacher. The teacher provides activities significant, such as games, reading and writing, issues of which it expands the students' learning possibilities.Item Planejamento e Gestão(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-06-30) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; TEIXEIRA, Fabiana Cássia da Silva; SANTANA, Jéssica Rodrigues; SILVA, Kellem Aparecida da; LIMA, Mirella Cristina Monteiro de; SANTOS, Sérgio Ricardo dos; JACOMINI, Mariângela L.The first children's books appeared around the world in the 17th century. Before that, there were no stories aimed at children due to the lack of identification of childhood pre-established by society, and it is from the rise of the bourgeois family that the origin of children's literature begins, a period in which the child finally, starts to be considered a being that differs from the adult, with its own characteristics and needs, and literary works are produced especially for them. The classic fairy tales known until now were followed by the French writer Charles Perrault and his brothers, Jacob and Wilhelm Grimm. In Brazil, in 1920, the writer Monteiro Lobato -considered one of the main authors of children's stories in the country- launched his first book dedicated to the young audience.Item Práticas da Matemática e Letramento(Fundação de Ensino Octavio Bastos, 2023-06-30) MAFRA, Carla CissaMuch is discussed about the importance of bringing the student to the center of the teaching process and of learning, placing him as the protagonist. But it is also worth mentioning that each student is unique in its way of learning, which is why equitable teaching becomes so necessary. To know identifying difficulties and improving skills are factors in which teachers always need to be attentive, to observe the signs that these students give makes what is happening being taught can be put to better use.Item Sociedade e Psicologia(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-11-30) MIRANDA, Anielle Querobim F.; FRANCISCO, Catia Daniela F.; MAFRA, Carla Cissa; GALDINO, Marlene Santos; MENDES, Maria Cristina SilvaThe introduction of psychology in society is of paramount importance to understand how human beings construct their life history. Nowadays, she becomes indispensable due to several factors, among them the most current, the pandemic. Education in our country, which was already suffering from a great gap, now has more problems than it already had, problems that require more than special attention. Because even with the various tactics that were implemented over the extended period of quarantine, much was lost, since the majority of students, especially those from the public network, did not have direct access to study, thus making the use of pedagogical methods more difficult. effective became of great importance.Item Tecnologia e Planejamento(Fundação de Ensino Octávio Bastos, 2022-11-30) MAFRA, Carla Cissa; TEIXEIRA, Fabiana Cássia da Silva; FERNANDES, Patrícia PereiraBearing in mind that the media are increasingly popular, we will address the reality of how information and communication technology (ICT) has been presented in schools. The use of such a tool is already quite common in private schools, but the same does not occur in public schools, especially those where they are located in a low-income region. the expansion of technology has been happening very quickly, but mainly in very poor communities where access to it is still restricted, there are still professionals who are against its use in the classroom.
