    Our project began with the goal of providing the company “Empório Dell Massas” with a new experience related to customer service, in an agile and fast way, without losing its originality. Our goal is to bring practicality and efficiency to the company when it comes to customer service, so we considered the idea of ​​implementing a chatbot linked to the Whatsapp Business application, providing an accessible interface so that customers can have a better experience when shopping.

    The purpose of this paper is to show the development steps of a stock control system project for a gym in a responsive web application, programmed in JAVA language and developed on the NetBeans and MySQLWorkbench platforms, where the end user of the system can log in, manage accounts and include and delete registered products. This document describes the main functional and non-functional requirements developed in the systems requested by the university.
