    The aim of the work is to prepare students for the job market by providing consultancy, exposing the current reality experienced in the company Colheita Feliz Buffet, aiming to acquire greater knowledge about the organization, where in this report, data will be presented to develop a project containing all the business information, dealing with all the difficulties of a family business.
