Our group aims to apply our didactic knowledge learned in the classes of Law, Administration, Accounting, Economy and Finance, based on information provided by Bovespa, Lojas Americanas, the company for which our group selected, and intends to make the statements. about her. For the realization of the Integrated Project of this module the study units studied were Scientific Methodology and Projects, Communication and Expression, Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, Environment and Human Behavior in Organizations, which had respectively the teachers in power Renata Elizabeth de Alencar Marcondes , Marcelo Alexandre Correia da Silva, Mateus Amoedo Zani, Celso Antunes de Almeida Filho and Márcio Menardi. For this work, the company unanimously chosen by the students in this group was the University Center of the Octavio Bastos Education Foundation, a higher education institution. The written content of this work covered the study units of Labor Relations in Contemporary Society, Environment and Human Behavior in Organizations, the other two remaining units are not recorded in writing because, Scientific Methodology and Projects was used for the formatting of all This file and, Human Behavior in Organizations will be assessed by each member's behavior during the final presentations.
