    First, it is essential to highlight that development is focused on any economic research and its determinants are analyzed in different ways by economic teachings. Second, it determines the difference between growth and development, being: growth – consequence of cumulative and quantitative progress that takes place in economic systems and; development is a modification as this system is organized, it results from an unprecedented innovation that breaks the balanced and structured course.
