Our goal in this project is to create a proposal for a new venture within our accounting skills. Presenting ideas that will generate around online accounting, whose activities currently has great prominence in the current market. Online accounting is the result of our digital age, and because of this advancement in technology, entrepreneurship has seen a way to make accounting so far only physical, like digital, to work with your accountant at the convenience of your business or home, bringing more profitability, and increasing the customer base, bringing them more proximity, ease, agility and quality service. In this project, a synthesis will be approached for a better understanding of what entrepreneurial management is, the entrepreneur's profile, its importance in the labor and business market and how we can be an entrepreneur. In addition to highlighting that we can not only develop a company with its entire structure without knowing how to manage efficiently and effectively, so that in the near future we can reap the fruits of this success, so will also be highlighted a synthesis on strategic management, and how will be built the missions, visions and values of the company. Knowing a little more about entrepreneurship and how strategic management helps in the quality of your business and higher profitability, let's “play with” entrepreneurship, will be highlighted below ideas of a business plan, ie how to build a new business and the possible challenges.

The objective of this integrated project, based on the theoretical and practical analysis of the study units "Personnel management and labor obligations" and "Companies Valuation" and the public accounting data of the company Natura SA, to detail the concepts, impacts and consequences of these fronts in the aforementioned company and perform a simulation of the financial impact of the dismissal of an employee through the analysis of the payback in their cash flow.

Our group chose Natura Cosméticos S.A. for being a publicly traded company in the consumer goods sector and also for being the largest Brazilian multinational cosmetics company with a profit of R $ 381.7 million in 2018.
