    The project described here was prepared by the group and in order to observe the scenarios of the People Management area of ​​the company Copperfio, to understand the company's routines and its practices. The company operates in the field of manufacturing and marketing electrical conductors and providing industrialization services to third parties. The theoretical and practical classes that make up module 6 of the Business Administration Course are detailed in this project: •Performance Assessment where feedback is analyzed, the three assessment models, 90º, 180º, 360º and the evaluation methods of performance that the company uses to evaluate its employees.

    This project aims to present a proposal to improve processes having as object of study the company ZZAB COMÉRCIO DE CALÇADOS LTD in order to understand the structure of the processes that take place in it. It will be presented in this project syntheses and concepts presented and discussed in the theoretical and practical classes that make up the 7th module of the Administration course composed by the 5 disciplines:
