However, the subsequent stages, until the food reaches our tables and its disposal, involve complex issues, which are not encompassed by a single area of knowledge, and which have a complex daily dynamics from the ground to the plate, there are countless interfaces with the in/sustainability of food and its relationship with planetary sustainability is very old and, at the frontier of knowledge, due to its multiple interfaces. Present a reflection on the complex and intricate issues that involve food, from a perspective of global sustainability.
