    This work aims to present the labor liabilities of the fictitious company Lobos, which operates in the sporting goods retail sector, in order to survey each one, analyzing a possible solution and the financial impact caused by these labor deficits. Each study unit was fundamental for the elaboration of this project, which ranges from understanding what labor liabilities are and how to practice managing them, to really understanding the financial impact they can have on the organization.
