    This Integrated Project (IP) aims to propose the creation of a new enterprise, Haras Vitória. The title of the PI is “COMPANY BRAINSTORMING”, that is, “storm of ideas”, and that is what happened. The entrepreneur's profile can vary according to different personal characteristics, experiences and areas of activity. Entrepreneurs are often passionate for what they do and have an intrinsic motivation to achieve their goals. They are driven by a vision and are willing to work hard to make it a reality.

    One of the objectives of this integrated project is to explain the importance of budget management in companies, as well as the essential steps for the elaboration of a budget process and the use of these tools in the management of a company. Another objective of this work is the study of the three main tax regimes in Brazil, listing their singularities and characteristics. This study is necessary since knowing how to choose the ideal taxation regime is vital for the maintenance of any company.
