In this 6th module, 5 more subjects were presented, controllership, analysis of financial statements, management accounting, compliance and international standards and strategic cost management, all of them very specific. And throughout the semester we developed each one, and applied it to the company chosen by the group, which was AREZZO, a company that, in turn, strives to be the best company in the shoe segment, seeking not only leadership in the sector in which it operates, but rather the confidence of each consumer and admirer of the brand.

Starting the work to be highlighted, content such as the preparation of the Balance Sheet, the DRE - Income Statement for the Year and the DFC - Cash Flow Statement. Data simulated in the activities of Lojas Renner S.A. will be considered for the movement and design of information at work. Being the foundation of primary information, the study unit Advanced Accounting, brings us topics in which the way of evaluating an investment will be covered, considering the concepts of Cost Method, Fair Value and Equivalence Method. One of the analyzes to be carried out will also be the Cash Flow demonstrating the main cash inflows and outflows of the company's cash.

The present work aims to analyze how the company relates to its employees, that is, to know if the company complies with its labor obligations and what impacts their irresponsibility can cause if the company goes against the grain of the law. The same will be done through from the selection of three labor liabilities, the company may even have more than that, but the focus is to analyze only three, problematize, find the solution and manage so that such liabilities are effectively eliminated from the company's activities. It is inevitable that every business in the private sector aims only at profits, such a necessity is essential for the company to continue to exist and to modernize itself in order to better serve your customers. In this philosophy we will address how these liabilities generated by the company by carelessness of herself can cause a collapse in the company because depending on the the size of this expense, the company may close its doors if it cannot find a healthy solution by your manager. The diagnosis will be made through the analysis of accounting reports that will be generated before and after the discovery of those liabilities that will be addressed.

With the new extension project, real knowledge of a company in need of help will be approached, making us look for solutions. Its proposal is to raise the indexes and carry out analyses, with the objective of seeking improvements. Its greatest importance with this project is the demonstration of how much the company is really making profits or losses so that entrepreneurs can see the real situation and know how important the presence of an accountant is for their company.

The present project aims to carry out the constitution of a company focused on the accounting area, in which it will be restricted only to the granting of franchises and business consulting. The company will focus on promoting and helping those who are entering the market an opportunity to acquire a structure along with a lifetime monitoring of how to prepare and carry out their daily obligations within the ancillary responsibilities assigned to an accounting firm.
