    The main objective for the development of this work is to act as consultants and diagnose failures in the company Wi7H that may occur in the operational processes, being possible to guide the entrepreneur Eduardo regarding the improvements that can be developed in his company, in what regarding the financial issue. It is also intended to apply a more efficient and more qualified operational method, so that the company survives the market in the long term.

    Exercising marketing today is an imperative for companies, organizations and professionals who want to project themselves in the market, win it, survive and stand out in it. This project of consultancy has as main objective to examine the emergence of the need to look at the customer, the scope of marketing application in the most diverse business realities. Businesswoman Yandra reported that she wants to draw people's attention so that they become its customers, and this is the focus of the project.
