The present work aims to explain and contextualize what Labor Liabilities are and how they are used in the company's routine, starting from its constitution. For a better understanding of the subject, we created “Aroma Natural Cosméticos Ltda”, located in the city of Poços de Caldas-MG. It is a natural cosmetics company aimed at the general public, but which focuses on children's products. Despite being located in the interior of the state, it has reach throughout the national territory, due to commercialization through digital platforms. During the project, the main characteristics of the company will be described, the tax regime to which it is framed, its mission in society, among other particularities.
