    The job market is increasingly competitive, so companies seek to new technologies, new processes and innovations to stay strong in the market. THE change is extremely necessary in this context and organizational communication has direct relationship in this process, as it is considered essential for the effective implementation of the change process. Regarding communication, there have been many changes over the years, highlighting the ways in which it has been implemented and the strategies that are used. You sectors responsible for the communication of organizations need to reinvent themselves, using new technological communication tools, such as social media and a discourse of where employees also have the power of the word, removing the barrier between levels hierarchical.
