    The present work was carried out through an interview with the owner of Panificadora Anielle, which exposes an organizational diagnosis with the purpose of identifying organizational methods adopted and concatenating the current administrative theories, seeking improvement, innovations, improvements in order to identify and correct possible anomalies. Improving the measures of successful logistics and putting them into practice.
