    Our team will develop an application for the company designed for the comfort of employees, where they can express themselves anonymously. Aiming to facilitate internal communication and motivate your employees. The app will be formulated under 4 basic platforms, the first: through motivational messages, the second: through psychological duty, the third: through direct communication with HR and the fourth through a satisfaction survey. The aim is to develop, create and improve relationships and connections in the organizational environment.

    The relevance of the leader is indisputable, while his performance impacts, directly, the lives of individuals, whether they are members of a family or even of a company. The actions of today's leaders emerge as a tool that aims to overcome obstacles, that is, adversities in business environments. Therefore, following this understanding, the work aims to point out the perception People Manager at Associação Mais Saúde Santa Casa de São João da Boa Vista, regarding their leadership role. The methodology is a case study, with a qualitative and quantitative, based on the company Associação Mais Saúde Santa Casa, of São João da Boa Vista, and presenting information based on a Review of literature published in recent years. Coming to the main final considerations that the leadership is a skill that can be developed, and can achieve characteristics according to your performance with your team.
