We also had the Staff Department subject, where it was used to make the topic administration of people and labor obligations, that this work was done above of labor reforms. For this project, we used the Talent Selection and Retention discipline, which we put the development of selection and recruitment processes used in the company. During the project, the group will present proposals for improvements for the next sports products launched, using as an example the improvements made in each product from Adidas.
