    This project aims to present the company Café Pacaembu, in the food sector located in the region, and its sustainable actions analyzed from the socio-economic, behavioral and environmental points of view, elements that constitute the concept of sustainability, theme of this project, based on knowledge. acquired in this first semester of the course, integrating all disciplines, of which 3 constitute the content development of this work and the other 2 refer to the development of the document.
