    The main purpose of this paper is a case study of Arezzo Industria e Comercio S / A registered at CNPJ: 07.900.208 / 0077-04. This activity complements Module 08 of the Administration - Logistics Management course and its main objective is the construction of an improvement project in the aforementioned company. Remembering that the module has as its main feature the teaching of process management, a method widely used in the corporate and industrial environment of the footwear and related industry.

    The purpose of this article is to analyze the competences attributed to the Public Administration in its Municipal sphere based on a Federal Constitution of the Federative Republic of Brazil of 1988, as well as to analyze in a practical way an effectiveness of acting on the part of the Brazilian municipalities' administration. In this sense, it is sought to analyze the work in municipalities within its competences attributed by Title III of the Federal Constitution of 1988, does not concern areas such as health, education, security and financial stability of municipalities.

    The present Interdisciplinary Project, with the objective of analyzing and presenting improvement proposals regarding the Human Resources Management of the Santa Casa de Misericórdia Company, São Vicente do Rio Pardo Hospital, uses the theoretical concepts of the Resources area. Human Resources in order to systemically analyze the work developed by the company within each segment of the area to which this work is directed.
