    The integrated project of this module aims to present the management logistics and possible improvements within a company, with the focus of our group the company the company Indústria Brasileira de Alimentos e Chocolates LTDA, more known as Cocoa Show. In order to study and understand the entire structure present in the company, we have as a principle five subjects that helped us in this Project of the 7th module, which are: Integrated Logistics: In this matter, we acquired a critical look at the organization, and the importance of following the processes and discipline of the trajectory of each sector, we can see that the choice of method for each process, be it the storage, the form of replacement, or even the transport of the product, influences considerably in cost-benefit, agility, security and even in consumer's view of the brand.

    It all started with the arrival of the Industrial Revolution in which women assumed their role in the job market, working in areas that were previously dominated exclusively by men. Even with these achievements, prejudice continues to exist. The statistics point that women are the majority in higher education, to obtain greater recognition in the labor market. With the emergence of contraceptive methods, it made it easier for some women have the opportunity to decide about their maternal life, as motherhood can be a obstacle in a woman's professional career. The work environment is not always a safe place for them, with risks of sexual and moral harassment. Although there is a growing conquest of women in the labor market there is still gender discrimination.

    The Solbras company has a philosophy that invests in improvements, aiming at efficiency, re-benefiting and exports of solar panels, using reimbursable resources, in which, the expectation is to always meet customer satisfaction and invest in greater knowledge. Within this, it brings the investment of improvement and sustainable development, recognizing socio-productive inclusion and sustainability are necessary. The performance worked in the company is related to the development sustainable, being formed by ecologically correct ideas, strategies and attitudes, viable economically, aiming at ethics and diversity, becoming the alternative for survival of the planet, allowing human beings to grow ecological solutions, seeing the difference between the terms “sustainable” (demonstrates the possibility of sustainability) and “sustained” (the sustenance already achieved).
