This project aims to map and analyze labor liabilities, solve them and structure the company in such a way that these problems do not happen. This is possible through the knowledge acquired in Management classes of Labor Liabilities, Quantitative Methods Applied to Business, Statistics Applied, General Accounting and Corporate Finance. The company chosen was Vulpes LTDA, a fictitious organization created in the Project Integrated from the 3rd Administration module. Starting with the mapping and analysis of liabilities, they were put into lists three different liabilities, which were analyzed and their causes were identified. Subsequently, we found ways to solve them and took the appropriate measures so that they do not happen again in the company. Subsequently, an analysis was carried out with statistics of labor liabilities in relation to employees and the company. This allowed us to understand more deeply how labor liabilities are distributed across the organization and how she is being affected by them.

The main objective of this project is to demonstrate of the fundamental business knowledge that has been gained over the course of the semester in their study units. With the knowledge gained from of the presented content, it was possible to carry out an administrative analysis, financial, accounting, economic and social. Based on the excellent availability of financial data from the company is that the group's decision was made to use Lojas Renner S.A. as a company to carry out the Integrated Project. In the study unit Fundamentals of Administration with the teacher Frederico Fargnoli Ribeiro the participation was with the vision, mission and values, company strategy, competitors and customers and organizational chart.

The following article aims to demonstrate the importance of testing products and services, before starting an enterprise. The topic will address the methodology called MVP, Also known as “Minimum Viable Product”. The text will address concepts and methodologies that are used to present new products to those who are starting in the low-income market, with an emphasis on economics. In addition to presenting cases of great success outside the country, also highlights a case study of a company of São João da Boa Vista, which started a little while ago, at the height of the pandemic and how it is doing currently.

The clothing brand offers products with an entrepreneurial concept, bringing new technologies in the fabric and a perfect in clothes that are made with the best materials on the market.

This project aims to carry out an analysis to understand what are the best cost reduction and revenue increase strategies for the company Sabor de Family through a consultancy to businessman Leonardo.
