    One of the most important and sought after things within organizations business is effective communication. Contrary to what many believe, the Communication is not just linked to knowing how to say something to other people. Is it over there consists in making the other side – in this case, the receiver – understand what is said, without there being any kind of misinterpretation. It is the duty of those who are communicating to ensure that their message is understood. clearly and objectively. But why is this so important for organizations? What damages can an inefficient communication cause for companies? Communication can be in different ways, to reach different audiences of this organization, whether internal or external. Likewise, it is important that understand the various stages that involve a communication process, and evaluate the different ways in which this communication is established.
