    This interdisciplinary project was studied Controllership, which we performed the SWOT analysis (FOFA), indicators and an analysis of the study of a real company. In the discipline Financial Statements Analysis, we performed the Vertical and Horizontal Analysis and also all calculations of the ratios that allows us to see the situation of the company. In Management Accounting, we cover one of the most important methods for financial control, the break-even point, which makes it possible to show the amount of sales to be made to match costs and expenses for a zero score. In Corporate Finance, we present the concepts of (TRI) and (TRPL), and knowledge of Economic Value Added (VEA), which shows how much value a company has associated in the market, and Earnings Before Interests, Taxes, Depretiation and Amortization (EBITDA). ), this makes it possible to see the resource that a company has generated through its operating activities. In Strategic Cost Management, the classification and separation of costs and expenses of the company, cost flow and cost for inventory valuation were performed.
