    The objective of this project is to evaluate the HR structure of the company Itaiquara Alimentos S / A Alimentos S / A. We will review the areas of performance appraisal, training and development, talent recruitment and retention, personnel management and labor obligations, positions, salaries and compensation. We will examine how it is currently being done and possible process improvement points in the areas mentioned above.
