    The last IP of 2020 was proposed to analyze a real company and together outline the main points studied by the main units of the quarter, in the subjects of Fundamentals of Economics and Fundamentals of Administration. The title of the IP is "ECONOMIC AND BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT", as mentioned above, analyzing the main points of the units, such as some crucial factors of the economy, and tracing with the analysis of the chosen company, we will be able to get a better idea of how these factors influence the activities business.

    In this project we will approach the study units of this quarter, which are Working Capital Management and Quantitative and Statistical Methods. But we will emphasize Debt and Working Capital, whose purpose is to analyze debt and its impact on working capital. We will make this analysis within the company Lojas Americanas S.A. The choice of the company was made by studying the Balance Sheets of various companies, and seeking a greater search for data and numbers that can contribute to this work, we came to the company Lojas Americanas S.A.

    In the search for differentials and competitiveness that can bring advantages to companies, constant organizational control has been necessary. The main finding obtained is that the way in which the budget plan is operated in the researched company strongly contributes to its organization and financial planning.
