    In this module we will analyze all the processes of the Arezzo company, in addition, our objective is to understand how its structure works. For a company to be successful, a good structure must be studied, developed, tested and then applied, for that there are several types of companies and several different branches, where they are inserted, to be successful it is necessary to study and discover what type of structure and management the company needs to grow with balance. The first objective that a company must achieve in its first years in the market is to recover its money invested at the beginning of the project, pay its bills, pay its employees and make a profit, these are the first and most important steps that the company needs. to give. Creating a product and launching it on the market is expensive and several studies must be carried out to find out how much it will cost, if it will break even and when it will happen. From that point on, when the investment is recovered and the profit appears, the company must also prepare for the product's maturity phase, because there comes a time when sales fall and so does the price, so innovations and improvements must be applied. , whether in the product or in the provision of services to continue exceeding customer and market expectations. This interdisciplinary project aims to get to know the Arezzo company and how its organization works, which managements are the most important and why it chose these choices.

    Bearing in mind that the better the work environment, the better the employee's performance, motivation and satisfaction is one of the most important things within an organization. An employee who is happy with his job, good with his colleagues, feeling good in the environment he is in and realizing that his work is important for the performance of the company and his personal life, only brings benefits. We all know that the diseases of the century are Anxiety and Depression, which many, many times are basically caused or get worse by the work environment itself, where an employee who already has several personal problems, ends up taking it into the company and together with probable complicated situations that may happen in your work, it may disturb you more and more, this has been spreading, creating a comfortable, pleasant and reliable environment, may reduce these illnesses and help the employee.
