    The process of human interaction is present in organizations, and the The way in which these interactions take place influences the results of the entire company. Living with the other is not an easy task, and living with the other at work without understanding the behavior of each one is practically impossible. If we consider this interaction of people in an organizational environment, we have to take into account that people do not work like machines and that many sometimes the behavior is different from what is expected. That's because when we're in interaction with other people, the functioning of each one's being is affected, altering the what could be called “forecast or expected”
