When it comes to labor liabilities, it is extremely important that the company complies with its responsibilities regarding its workers, determined by the Consolidation of Labor Laws, so that way, there are no contradictions in the fulfillment of its obligations and consequently future processes. It is necessary to study the laws and regulations that cover such work environment and its suitability, so that the employee, when performing its function is properly equipped, protected and supported. The present work refers to the analysis of recurring labor liabilities in the company Cerâmicas Brasil LTDA, from August 2018 to August 2019, classifying in this way the amount of recurring liabilities in the same until the end of the evaluated period, for the determination of the value of the final amount to be paid to the company employees.

This article is based on the management of people in Public Administration concerning the health department in the city of Aguaí. When we refer to the Public Administration together with the health area, it is common to hear complaints about poor service, negligence, concerning the lack of materials and good working conditions, unmotivated and tired professionals. The lack of support, monitoring and attention to professionals in this sector is noticeable, in addition to the deficiency in service and qualification that some employees of public agencies have, caused by the stability in their position, guaranteed by the Federal Constitution. In view of this, the importance of knowing the daily difficulties experienced by these professionals, as well as directing the application of techniques for the development and conservation of quality in the services provided, for a public management that does not prioritize theoretical knowledge as applied to competitions. public but also results and skills. This article is carried out through bibliographical research and field study with professionals from different positions working in the health sector in the city of Aguaí.

Our project is a consulting office in the agribusiness sector, where the product to be offered to our customers will be the convenience of having services such as: accounting, veterinary assistance and agronomic technical assistance, which will be located at city of São João da Boa Vista - SP. Our company will be a LTDA - limited company. The services to be offered will be home care, both in the agronomic and veterinary areas and in the area of accounting. The target audience will be both urban and rural residents and even a public that needs our services in other locations. The plan provides for investment in equipment, facilities, advertising, property leasing, vehicles, working capital, among other particular needs that serve an office (refrigerator, microwave oven, etc.). The investment will be around R$ 97 thousand.
