    In this Integrated Project, we had the opportunity to create a new company company called Fecularia Sabor Mineiro, a company in which it is destined to the food, in the manufacture of corn flour and derivatives. As it is a company in which we opted for manufacturing, we chose to open the same in an industrial district. Consequently, we know that the process of opening a Business requires a lot of care and appreciation. For we know that we must strictly follow the Laws Labor liabilities in hiring personnel, in order to follow all laws in force, so that the company fits according to the need to be correct and solid.
