    During the work, a persona will be developed and marketing will be worked with the intention of meeting their needs. The main focus of this project will be the client and how he wants the services to be provided, from marketing, publicity and even contracting the services, that is, the trip itself. Throughout this document, it is possible to see the promotion of the Freitas Tur brand and the creation of a more humanized identity for it, so that its target audience feels welcomed and special when receiving the services. Advanced and current analysis tools will be used to achieve the best results, collecting information from the most important person for the company, that is, the customer.
