    Given the tumultuous events that marked Eliane's life, from the loss of her job due to the pandemic to the upheavals in her personal and professional life, the conclusion is a complex reflection of the choices and circumstances faced by the consultant. Eliane, initially an unemployed chemical engineer, found in her passion for cooking an innovative way to face financial challenges. Her success as a digital influencer provided not only recognition, but also the opportunity to undertake by opening a physical store. However, the exposure on social media triggered conflicts in her relationship with her husband, César, and attracted the unwanted attention of the Vice-Governor, Aureliano Marcondes. The plot becomes more complicated with the development of an illicit relationship between Eliane and Aureliano, resulting in a pregnancy with uncertain paternity. The adversities increase with financial problems, lawsuits against her MEI and, finally, the tragedy involving the birth of her daughter and the crime committed by Aureliano.

    Consta do auto de infração (documento anexo) que no dia 10 de novembro de 2010, a empresa Enerquímica Produtos Químicos Energia Ltda, foi autuada pela Polícia Ambiental do Estado de São Paulo por meio de Auto de Infração, em razão de que a empresa acusada havia cometido uma transgressão ambiental. Após a investigação policial, foi entregue ao autuado o auto de infração ambiental, no qual o Sr. Sebastião Gomes, sócio da empresa, assinou. O documento apresentado ao Sr. Sebastião Gomes informava sobre a conduta cometida pela empresa, sendo ela, o lançamento irregular de produto químico (ácido nítrico) através do rompimento do registro do tanque de armazenamento, atingindo o solo, por não possuir a devida bacia de contenção.
