    In this integrated project we will analyze the structure of the job and salary plan, as well as the recruitment and selection process of the company DMR DE LIMA HERITAGE CARE. One of the main reasons that led to choosing this company, was due to the fact that it was an enterprise of one of the members of the group, as we get better information to add value to the work. In this way, having to expand the reader's knowledge.
