    In recent decades, companies have become more demanding due to new practices introduced in the market. Rather than just focusing on the quality of products, the new quality consciousness also encompasses the quality of the individual's efforts. In view of these transformations that are taking place in the organizational environment, creative initiatives are imposed in order to motivate employees regarding the performance of the routines performed, providing that they are heard and at the same time can contribute to the development and improvement of services.

    According to estimates by the United Nations Food Organization and Agriculture (FAO), Brazil is set to become the world's largest food producer in terms of 2025 and recent numbers are proving it. Agribusiness in Brazil contributes almost 25% of GDP, only grains produced here, feed about 1.2 billion people worldwide, according to the Embrapa. The sector still performs 40% of national exports. In summary, it is easy to say that a quarter of all the wealth produced in the country and almost half of Brazilian exports to the world are leaving the hands of Brazilian rural producers.

    The interdisciplinary project aims to apply, in a practical way, the knowledge of the disciplines studied in the academic period in question. This job is a survey of how Banco Itaú S.A works and how structured the internal policy. In this semester we studied the subjects of Job and Salary Plan and Administration of Personnel and Labor Obligations, in which we will address some aspects about the company that we got through internet searches and talking with people who work and have worked in this company. As the project progresses, we will be delving deeper into the topics and further explaining the operation of this large company in the banking sector, which has more than 5,000 branches throughout Brazil.
