    This is the legal opinion formulated for the consultant Renata, duly qualified in the case file, in view of the events that will be reported below: Commercial activity was increasingly competitive. With modern architecture and greater varieties, it didn't take long for new players to leverage themselves in the competition, a fact that contributed to the decrease in the commercial activity of the Traditional Barateiro Atacadista and, therefore, the profits dropped drastically.
