    In this Integrated Project, we will present the proposal to create a new venture, the Mr. Man Barber Shop. The method used to prepare the new business will be Brainstorming, or be “brainstorm”; more than a group dynamics technique, it is an activity developed to explore the creative potential of an individual or a group (team creativity), putting it at the service of predetermined goals. It is based on fundamental principles such as: focus on quantity, lack of criticism of ideas and combination of ideas.

    In this Integrated Project (IP) to be discussed, we intend to briefly outline the working capital management of the company to be studied, JBS SA, thus analyzing with a clear view the accounts of current assets and liabilities, presented in the company's balance sheet. After studying the working capital, we made it possible to analyze the indebtedness with third parties using the company's financial statements.

    The present work aims to address firstly the construction of the business budget in the organization, its importance and what are the processes for the projections to happen as expected. In this topic we will comment on the Sales Budget, Operating Expense Budget and Business Budget; where in the latter, a projection will be made for three periods of revenue and expenditure based on economic and market factors relating to the current scenario in the country.
