    Rumo Logística is one of the largest rail logistics companies in Latin America, with the incorporation of several rail networks, it is one of those responsible for reducing costs in the delivery and flow of goods from the North to the South of the country. It uses several technologies to identify problems in the railway lines so as not to run the risk of delays or excess loss of goods from its customers. For this fact, the choice of the company to carry out this research is justified, since it has a considerable technological evolution, in addition to incorporating several other companies, seeking the continuous reduction of logistics costs.

    The present study will address the job and salary plan of Itaú, a financial organization that has great influence in the Brazilian market. Being one of the largest banks in Brazil today, with a significant number of revenues and also in the hiring of employees, thus justifying the choice by the organization and the conduct of this study. The organization of a job and salary plan by a business organization is essential, as it helps employees to better understand the activities to be developed, through job descriptions and, consequently, the understanding of the salaries being paid.
