    This study aims to develop the project interdisciplinary at Santa Casa de Misericórdia de Andradas, which was chosen because it is a needy institution and needs a good professional structure, favoring research and the opportunity to develop and offer effective processes. The project is based on raising the current situation of the institution and proposing possible improvements in the area of Human Resources management focused on Training and Development, offering support in its application and based on the knowledge acquired through lectures, presenting possible solutions. for practical application to hospital entity.
