    ANÁLISE FINANCEIRA E ECONÔMICA COM BASE EM INDICADORES PARA TOMADA DE DECISÃO BOMBRIL S.A.

    This interdisciplinary project aims to demonstrate how important the ratios and the correct interpretation of financial statements within an organization are for decision making. The company chosen by the group is Bombril S.A., which is a 69-year-old Brazilian company in the industrial field of hygiene and cleaning. Containing over 2,500 employees distributed in its three factories. The choice was made because it is a company known throughout the country, where its products are in the house of most Brazilians, and for disclosing its financial statements on Bovespa, being easily accessible for the preparation of the project. To prepare this work we have the disciplines of Controllership, Analysis of Financial Statements, Management Accounting, Corporate Finance and Cost Strategy Management, which are the subjects taught in the 6th module of Accounting Sciences, as well as the subject of Methodology that was already applied in another course module. In Controllership, taught by Professor Marcelo Cicconi, we will present different models of strategic planning elaboration, which in our case we deal with the Swot Analysis and Porter's Five Forces, and also the construction of the Balanced Scorecard that helps us to measure progress towards the goals set for the improvement of the long-term organization.
