    The project in theory is the development of a labor liability management plan and the company to be analyzed is “LUMINEX”. For the development of the work, we had as base the company ALCOA, one of the largest aluminum producers in the world, based in the USA and Brazil. We had as support the balance sheet of one of ALCOA's units and it is worth mentioning that LUMINEX is a LTDA company unlike ALCOA which is S / A.

Based on the study of these tools make the market analysis of the company to highlight and diagnose possible failures and assist in decision making at managerial and strategic level.
